Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation. The update has been uploaded.

@Bersam Great! Glad it worked. I didn't have to modify much, so it should probably be as stable as upstream.

@Rhinoceros

My bad, forgot to pacman -Syu before compiling. Everything works like a charm.

Bersam commented on 2014-08-23 18:00

@Rhinoceros

I got "/bin/sort: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" on your PKGBUILD.
Do you have crypto++ installed on your system? is that a build dependency?

Rhinoceros commented on 2014-08-23 15:32

@Bersam and @jkl, here is an updated PKGBUILD that works for me [1]. I downloaded the source files for jre7-openjdk-headless [2], swapped the PKGBUILD, and it worked fine.

@trollixx If you are no longer interested in maintaining this, I'm happy to take over.

@jkl I think recompile upstream package with infinality flag enabled could do the job for a while,

Any update on this? Is the solution not to just sync this up with the latest version of the PKGBUILD from ABS with the enable-infinality flag added?

I'm just writing to confirm that resizing the /tmp solved my problem.

I also had to add the export mentioned by petaurus:
_JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=lcd -Dswing.aatext=true'

@trollixx: FYI https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=185860

System updates fails as explained on this thread due to package dependencies. Please see my comment on the thread about jre7-openjdk having dependency on specific version of jre7-openjdk-headless.

petaurus commented on 2014-08-18 07:21

drencrom, try to increase /tmp. you can do this by next command 'sudo mount -o remount,size=5G,noatime /tmp' it will resize /tmp until reboot. for this package /tmp must be least ~4.5Gb
