I've requested to orphan both packages, so that we can use the forked upstream instead.

User of this package or yabar-git, should propably take a look at https://github.com/geommer/yabar/issues/124 and update the PKGBUILD themselves if they want to.

Thank you, I think it is done now.

OK I've disowned (as well as yabar-git) so you should just be able to adopt both now (I wasn't sure if the new "co-maintainer" feature allowed you to take over or not). Have fun.

That was really fast, thank you @jsteel. But I don't see any "become the primary maintainer" or "adopt" options. What should I do to make the "disown" thing work?

jsteel commented on 2016-04-06 17:04

I've added you as a co-maintainer. Does that give you the option to become the primary maintainer (maybe adopt?) and then remove me? Otherwise I can disown and then you can adopt it.

Hi @jsteel, I'm the author of yabar. Thank you for the effort. Is it okay for you to transfer maintaining yabar and yabar-git to me (if there is an easy way to do so) in order to make them always up-to-date with the development on github?

Oh, upstream have updated 0.1.0 without bumping the version at all. Seems a bit strange...
