@johnDVD: Well, I just packaged the configuration file from Ubuntu. I haven't considered the case you mentioned. I use this package for remotely SSH'ing into my computer to start x11vnc, since it's not possible to run xhost from the SSH session.

/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/* is run by all display managers in Arch Linux and also in the default .xinitrc file (in /etc/skel/).

Isnt it kind of senceless? At first xorg-xhost should be a dependency.
If you have 2 users: user_a , user_b.
user_a logged in and started X
if user_b logs on in a terminal in user_a's X-session, he cannot open windows until
user_a$ xhost +si:localuser:user_b

In the file of this package, user_a does "xhost +si:localuser:user_a" or nothing at all.
Dont know if /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/* is actually executed on X starts...

Obviously it does not have the wished effects.
