If it needs the git version of php-composer, make a php-composer-git package. But it doesn't seem to need it.

For the directly referenced (and currently 404ing) source files, just reference them in the git repository you're already cloning.

Phar is built in to PHP7 and it's simple to pass phar.readonly=Off on the command line (and *required* to do that when building in a clean chroot), so the prepare() preamble isn't necessary.

Git needs to be added to the makedepends.

No need to reference $srcdir everywhere, just set the source destination and use cd ${pkgname}.

You're missing a maintainer flag.
