Apparently, the problem was fixed upstream [0].
I have updated the PKGBUILD, so everything should be back to normal once updated.

I'd love to help, but everything is working fine on my computer. Any error messages or similar to share?

snoreven commented on 2016-11-14 11:01

Is this still not fixed? Enigmail isn't working for days - this is critical infrastructure!

drumson commented on 2016-11-11 09:50

Recently - as of yesterday, 10th of November - enigmail requires reconfiguration suggesting running the configuration wizard. However it will neither accept /usr/bin/gpg nor /usr/bin/gpg2 reporting that the binary would not be a valid GnuPG binary.

For me worked using sks-keyservers.net, using mit didn't.

gpg --recv-keys --keyserver sks-keyservers.net 0xDB1187B9DD5F693B

what you need to do is this:

gpg --recv-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 0xDB1187B9DD5F693B

@sikmir I had the same error and discovered that the key linked earlier in the thread has expired. I added Patricks new key and was able to install successfully.

@kozaki. Can you explain in more detail what you did and maybe provide a bit more output?

Rhinoceros commented on 2015-04-11 07:56

@sikmir Did you try the fixes from earlier in the thread?
