Switched arch to 'any'. Both rtorrent and systemd are only officially available for i686 and x86_64, but I guess there is no reason these systemd units could not be used if someone where to rebuild those packages for another architecture.

rtorrent is avaiable for other architectures too, thus I guess the systemd-files should work for them too.
