Upstream package for 5.4 has reached release, suggest installing final version instead of beta.
I will of course update this package as and when a new beta is released

You forgot about install unrar.1 manual file in PKGBUILD code.
install -Dm644 ${srcdir}/unrar.1 "${pkgdir}/usr/share/man/man1/unrar.1"
