Is it possible to have this start on boot, and without requesting authentication? Or do I have to use OpenVPN?

@alicewwww Excellent! Thanks for a speedy response!

@Dezponia Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I've updated the package to reflect the license.

Dezponia commented on 2016-12-04 21:29

According to the License file in the .tar for for this package its licensed under GPLv2+. Mind updating the package to reflect this?

Updated to version 61. Change log can be found here

@n01deer You don't need to download your config from mullvad to use the gui. The update-resolv-conf that this package supplies is the exact same one from mullvad. The file is a script to update your dns settings to prevent dns leaks when using mullvads vpn. If it wasn't provided with this gui package there would be dns leaks.

Thanks for providing this AUR package.

I wonder why it installs /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf
What's the story behind it?

If I download the OpenVPN configuration from Mullvad it already contain the update-resolv-conf file, so I think the GUI client should not interfere with it.

The mullvad AUR packages seems to install it twice:

$ yaourt -Ql mullvad | grep update-resolv-conf
mullvad /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf
mullvad /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/mullvad/update-resolv-conf

@method it looks like they changed the download link.
Edit: Updated to new tarball url. Should work now.

The tar download results in a 404.
