just to warn people with small disk space or using tools like yaourt (that use the "tmp" forlder with an alocated space) : It will take around 5go of space to build :D

@ziggi Thanks. And I also add the madv patch, and there should be no "Aww snap" thing now.

Need to add cups path: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/chromium-cups-2.2.patch?h=packages/chromium

@aurelieng Because the binary is named chromium, and actually Iridium is a fork of Chromium.

Nice to see a package for iridium!

I see it conflicts with Chromium. Is that a bug or a feature? I can imagine situations in which it would make sense to have both installed, like when using multiple browsers and identities.

Would it be possible to update the package so that both can be installed?

Had a successful build out of the box (manual makepkg), yet can sadly confirm the "Aww snap" problem previously reported. Console also spews errors:

*** autoupdate was enabled, overriding with false
Received signal 4 ILL_ILLOPN 55eb8500fad0

#1 0x55eb843eae49 <unknown>
[and so on]

@pezz out of tmp space I guess. I wasn't able to download anything from Chromium or FF and I had freezes when launching several softwares.
No more issues after deleting /tmp/yaourt-tmp-username/iridium-browser (2.9 Gb).

@primokorn are you out of disk or tmp space?

Unable to extract iridium-browser-51.1.tar.xz on Manjaro Xfce (64bits).

Doesn't start after the libvpx upgrade (pretty sure that's why - not 100% sure).

Rebuilds ok, but after starting every tab produces "Aww, snap" and all extensions fail to load.

Would I be right in assuming that we'll probably have to wait for new source code to be released for v52?
