Fixed by delete the strange "char *strndup(const char *s, size_t n);" string, with duplicated strndup() declaration.

After removing files from package perl-xml-parser the plugin still working.

Thanks for the package!
perl-xml-parser is missing in dependencies (error at configure: checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool).
