Dooble with Qt 5.3 is not a too stable combo.
If it crashes too often for you, consider using
dooble-qt4 (it can be installed at the same time.)

maandree commented on 2014-04-08 19:26

Appearently Qt 5 has a look of bugs.
I have now created a dooble-qt4 package
that can be installed concurrently with this package.

Thanks. Could you easily post a second AUR package dooble-qt4?
Some issues here with Qt5.

maandree commented on 2014-04-06 05:27

If Dooble causes a monitor to flicker when it starts,
you can complete it with Qt 4, instead of Qt 5.
To compile with Qt 4 change dooble.qt5.pro to
dooble.pro and qt5-make to qt4-make.

Sorry, I forgot about it, there was a lot of issues to resolve.

But it is done now, and it this a nice release, except it
can cause monitor flicker when it starts.

Yes please update...

Flagged out-of-date as 1.46 is out, and version 1.45 can't be found (source is dead). also mesa-libgl seems to conflict with catalyst libgl.

I do not think this package is working correctly, a prebuilt 64-bit version, of an earlier properly working, to be extracted in /opt can be downloaded, will I'm trying to get things working at

maandree commented on 2013-04-11 21:35

Dooble has dropped prebuilt 32-bit, perhaps it is supported if building from source, but everything is a mess.

Additionally if you already have dooble installed by may want to back it up before you upgrade,
because monitors may filter when it start the new version of dooble, just as they may do when
playing with monitor settings, and if you open the browser often that may annoy you.
