@stroutkernel: Hello, there are some stuff you should fix in your PKGBUILD. Please see my suggestion and its diff: https://gist.github.com/josephgbr/d04788debc03e47f4342b1769577a80e

1- pkgdesc: too big and repeats the software name.

2- arch: always specify i686 and/or x86_64 when ELF files are generated

3- url: prefer the upstream main page; leave download page to source()

4- license: arch recognizes GPL3, but not "GPLv3", as valid license name (see 'licenses' package content)

5- depends: 'libtool' and 'gettext' aren't needed as they are in base-devel package group; python (should be using version 3, so don't specify python2); there is no need to specify version of the dependencies (user will always get the latest from repositories)

4- configure: you should add '--prefix=/usr --libexecdir=/usr/lib/dico --sysconfdir=/etc' (without quotes) to ./configure, as this software attempt to install everything inside /usr/local and one file inside /usr/local/libexec, which is wrong, and dicod looks for for configuration file in $sysconfdir, which must be in /etc (instead of /usr/local/etc or /usr/etc/).

5- configure: the dict server "dict.org" doesn't work; why don't you let it unespecified in order to use the default server "dico.gnu.org.ua", which works just fine? (see dico's README)
