The latest version of crypto++ is causing build failures. master has been fixed, but until the next version drops you may need to patch in order to build. If you use the removed ciphers it's probably not safe to patch out?

Not only is the checksum incorrect, it used to be correct in v1, and that is the only difference. What was the need for v2?

There is cryfs-gui[1][2] project that offers a GUI solution for creating and unlocking cryfs volumes.
