@ArchGuy: thanks, but I don't include a checksum specifically because of CrashPlan PROe often being distributed with deployment-specific changes (like including a default configuration). Few people will be installing the clean version directly from the download.

Current install script skips the sha256 check?
Not a good idea with the transfer being http and not https.

Here is the modified lines of the PKGBUILD file to fix the issues:
