at line 46, sed disables sphinx to avoid errors

I found the problem, it is in the doc generation.
To avoid it, we can omit the sphinx target, doing
make build man
instead of
make install

(install = build doc = build man sphinx , this is the trick)

You will need to install the package python-yaml from community, thanks for pointing out a missing dependency.

I will fix the PKGBUILD asap.

I just installed this (after installing the required python-numpydoc from aur as from valhalla), and when running `be help` I get:
