Sorry, did not have time to check it earlier. But it still fails with:
/usr/lib/vmware-server-console/bin/vmware-server-console: error while loading shared libraries: libselinux.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
helios: you have SELinux packages installed? I do not and I am not planning to. If you wish, I can disown the package for you.

According to bugzillas of other distros (Gentoo, Ubuntu) that is because Vmware could not work with some newer libraries. Simple solutions (unsetting LD_LIBRARY_PATH, forcing other libraries through VMWARE_USE_SHIPPED_GTK) haven't worked. Promising hack by Alessandro Monari (http://www.monarialx.it/en/vmwareserver) also did not work (but with his patches, it aborts after unsuccessful attempt to open libselinux.so).
If someone knows the solution for Arch and/or wants to take over this package, let me know.

Couldn't find newer version, unflagging.
