The folder .babelmap belongs in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME not $HOME and I wonder if this pkg should check an existing $WINEPREFIX before constructing its own 'WINE bottle' which takes some megs. I would rather have it install the app to our ready-made $WINEPREFIX.

Similar pkgs for Linux, no WINE reqd.

The /usr/bin/babelmap script should set its WINEARCH. Our default WINEARCH is always 32-bit even on 64-bit machines, on purpose. So babelmap bails,
wine: WINEARCH set to win32 but '.babelmap/wine' is a 64-bit installation.
